1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

• By booking a tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Prices & Payments

• All prices are listed in the selected currency and include services described in the offer.

• Prices include transportation, guiding services, and agreed inclusions.

• Optional extras (e.g. thermal baths) may require additional payment.

3. Group Size

• Tours operate in small groups, with a maximum of 8 passengers per vehicle.

• Each passenger, regardless of age, occupies one seat.

4. Pick-Up Locations

• Pick-up is available from selected locations in Kraków or agreed locations specified during booking.

• Exact pick-up details will be confirmed after booking.

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed pick-up point.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure, unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be refunded.

• Love Krakow Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

6. Tour Itinerary

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic conditions, or operational reasons.

• Scenic stops and attractions may vary depending on conditions and time availability.

7. Responsibility & Safety

• Participation in tours is at the client’s own risk.

• Love Krakow Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

• Clients must follow the guide’s instructions at all times for safety reasons.

8. Health & Fitness

• Some tours may involve walking or light physical activity.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

9. Liability

• Love Krakow Tours is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond its control (weather, traffic, road closures, force majeure).

• Liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

10. Photography

• Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.

12. Acceptance

By booking a tour with Love Krakow Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
